Our goal with Spirelight 365 is to reach maximum effectiveness with your church website, and keep it there.

We believe communication is the key to making that happen.

It's easy for complex systems to get in the way, so we've built our communication pipeline around the simplest, most flexible way we know how to do it. We use email.

We'll provide you with a unique email address that will send each request directly into our ticketing system, where we tag it and put it in queue for execution.

We also provide you with a unique Dropbox link that will allow you to upload larger media files directly to our server space.

To further enhance communication, each Spirelight 365 partner is provided a monthly consultation via phone or video conference to review progress, address concerns, and chart future strategies that will enhance the value and effectiveness of your church web presence.

Most of us are familiar with the phrase "two heads are better than one."

While this can be true, it can also present big challenges in communication.

When two or more people are all sending us communication regarding website updates, it is very easy for wires to get crossed, and for directives to conflict.

To avoid this, it works best to nominate just one individual to communicate consistently with us.

Other church leadership can pass any necessary updates to the "point person" who will then be able to clearly communicate those requests to the Spirelight team.
